For the second consecutive year, TOA Madagascar has been awarded the “Top Employer” certification. This label is annually granted by the Top Employers Institute, a renowned international organization that certifies outstanding companies for their excellence in human resources management.
To be eligible for Top Employer, several criteria are necessary. The company undergoes a thorough investigation called the “HR Best Practices Survey.” This survey evaluates the company’s HR best practices, followed by an audit to confirm the provided information and the implementation of actual HR practices. Finally, feedback is provided, leading to the certification. TOA distinguished itself through its commitment to the well-being of its employees and its positive contribution to society, aligning its practices with the stringent standards of the Top Employers Institute. This recognition attests to the company’s constant commitment to investing in human potential.
